Can't play a download

So, my dad recently bought one of the Skyrim games onto our system, he did so through his account, but when I try to play it on my account it wouldn't let me. What happened to being able to do so? How do I get around this? we aren't exactly made of money
and can't afford to copies but we both have Xbox Live. I'm really confused and irritated because I've been itching to play this game since forever and now I can't. Do any of you have any suggestions? My system is an Xbox One S.

can you install one game while playing another

You can't play a disc game while installing another disc game

But you can play a disc game while another is downloading, play a download while installing a disc or play a download while installing another download.

No you can't download and play a game, when you start playing a game it was say, "Download has stopped"

Can you provide some more info on changing the language? To be clear, are you using a console, account, or DLC that was purchased/created in a different region than the one you're in now?
