Can't play 360 games because cloud storage is 2mb over

I believe so If you enable cloud storage on 360 and save the character in mass effect 2 to cloud storage.... in theory yes

Oh It may depend on if its a 360 version of the game because when you use the 360 version it access's cloud storage

No mate can't do nothing but enable or disable. But It won't let me coz of this magical 2MB of data that it thinks is in that cloud save.

Cloud Storage on the Xbox One cannot be turned off. If you want to turn off cloud storage on the Xbox 360, then you can find that info here.

Sounds like you're having trouble with Gears of War progress for specific things is not saving to the cloud. Did you have play these games on the same account on Xbox 360? It's possible that its trying to revert back to previous cloud saves. Please let us
know a few more details regarding this situation. Did you ever enable cloud saved storage on a Xbox 360 console or transfer content for these games over onto the cloud saved storage on an Xbox 360?

You can use the cloud storage for xbox 360 to save your files on but after gold ends you can't acces them anymore but if the game is backwards compatible on the one you can use the cloud storage for free no gold required so you need gold on the 360 to use
the cloud but not on the one
