Can't pin, buy or download anything. (0x876c0002)

I've been having some problems when trying to buy or download games on xbox live in my xone. I first saw this when I tried to download August's Games with Gold, and couldn't.

The last thing I downloaded successfully was the Destiny Beta. Now that I have this problem i could'nt buy/download/pin/unpin anything...

I got the same when I try to enter the "Payment & Billing" tab in Settings. It says that it has a temporary problem with the service but I had it for almost a week now.

I tried to add new people to my family now and I'm surprised that I can't do it too.

If getting an Error Code on Xbox One with Games & Apps Cant Pin to Home

Error Code 0x876c0002 "Sorry Could Not Pin" when trying to Pin to Home your Games & Apps. I have a fix to solve the problem Error Code?

Go to your Home Dashboard & Unpin some of the pins that you do use anymore or hardly use. Then try to pin the Game or App that you were trying to pin before.

Should work as it works for me every time.

 

Not able to pin apps?

Getting an error code while attempting to pin apps like Starz, VH1, and TheCW. Error 0x876c0002.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
  
• Once your console powers off, unplug the power cord.
  
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
  
• Power on your console and Sign in to your Xbox One console to verify that you are signed in.
  

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are still experiencing error code 876c0002.
