    Hi there.

    This morning I wanted to buy one year XBOX live for the promotionprice of Euro 39,99.

    I had a total of Euro 41,00 on my Microsoft account but I was not able to purchase it.

    I'd tried to purchase the offer for one month at Euro 1,- which worked fine.

    Is there anybody who can inform me why I wasn't able to purchase the year, there was enough money on my account.

    Xbox gift card code wont let me use to pay for Xbox live.

    You can't pay for xbox live with your account money.

    You need an actual 1month,3 month,12 month subscription card or pay via credit/debit card.

    Xbox One S Limited Edition Minecraft Console

    I bought one using my Xbox credit that's been on my account for years. Had no idea MS now lets you pay for hardware using Xbox Live credit, but this was a good way to use up that credit. Will probably just sell the console and then use the money to get a Switch.

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/PayPal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It is not possible to purchase gold using currency on your account.

    No,you can't.

    You would need a xbox live subscription card for 1,3 or 12 months or you can pay by credit/debit card or paypal.

    Currency cards can't be used to pay for a xbox live gold subscription.

    you can't pay for Xbox Live Gold with a Microsoft balance, the only way to pay for it is by credit card, paypal, and a actual Xbox Gold Gift Card that is only for Gold Subscription

    On Xbox 360 is Xbox live. It activates itself and the method of payment with credit card. But the card that was attached is no longer valid. I have money put on a single MS account, but I can't, the money did pay for a subscription to Xbox live. To stop
