    Hello,

    unfortunately i cant pay Games (e.g Star wars battlefront ) in xbox one store, but xbox live 1 month subscription and eaaccess with paypal are possible. The Error-Message:

    "Please use a different payment method"

    Have anyone an idea?

    You can buy points directly from the
    Microsoft Store: Xbox Accessories Page     you can even pay with Paypal in countries that don't have Paypal as an option Via Xbox LIVE.

    yeah the only thing you cannot buy with cards like that is Live Gold everything else can be bought with it. as War said you can only get Live via a CC or alt payment like paypal or the pre pay Gold cards sold in stores.

    It's not possible to use your account balance to pay for gold. Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a store.

    Here's a few things we can try:

    • Head over to paypal.com and make sure that all of your billing information (card number, address, name, etc) is valid and up to date.
    • Once your paypal is up to date, head over to
      commerce.microsoft.com       and make sure that all of your billing information is valid and up to date.
    • Once both commerce.microsoft.com and
      paypal.com are up to date, try adding your paypal account again (either on your console or on
      commerce.microsoft.com).
