    Can't pay with my microsoft account.


    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I'm enquiring about the payment options on xbox one s, for xbox 360 games.

    I don't have a valid payment option so I bought an xbox gift card which allows me to pay in the store even for xbox 360 games.

    The problem is that I can't choose an option to spend my microsoft account, it still asks a valid payment option.

    What can we do about this, since I own a maestro-card, and don't want to get a mastercard, and give my card data?

    I am looking for your answer, and thanks for the support in advance!

    The 360 store is set up differently than the store on the One/xbox.com. The store on the One/xbox.com have never been updated to work with your Microsoft account balance for 360 content. The only way to use your balance for 360 content is by making the purchase
    on a 360 console.

    The issue is any game purchase, cannot be completed with MS account balance because the option to pay that way is not being shown as an option.

    If you were trying to buy Xbox live gold or game pass, recurring charges cannot be paid for with your account balance
