Can't pay on the Xbox store...

I have a problem when buying a game on the xbox store. I can not pay, an error message tells me that I need to contact technical support. I tried several ways of payments, and I still have the same problem.

Can't buy on Xbox Store

Hey !

When i try buy a Games or other garmertag with My PayPal and My card 50€ on my Xbox account, it doesn't work.

So i can't pay anythings on Xbox Store but the money is on My account.

Secondly, another method of purchasing a game is by using your computer. You can navigate to the

Microsoft Store page and log in with your Microsoft account. Once logged in, you can search for the game you are trying to purchase and purchase it online. This is a temporary way for you to buy your game in the case that the Microsoft Store on your Xbox
is not working.

What is strange is that I was able to pay an EA Access subscription yesterday but as soon as I want to buy a game I can not while it is the same method of payment.

 

If you pay by credit card, first check your card, your account or your internetbanking. You may have a limit set, you do not have enough money, or the bank could block you.

 

I just tested again on the console and the purchase came true. Since yesterday I could not, I do not understand.
