Cant pay my gold subscription, it says I have unpaid bill and I cant pay it

I cannot simply pay this. No matter what I do, it doesnt let me pay it. I have tried all my credit cards and even bonus cards, I have treid add my paypall account, but it just wont work. This has been on for weeks. I would've bought games from Store on the
discount, but it says I dont have live gold so I dont get the full discount, and it says get gold. I even pressed the get gold button and bought a month, still doesnt work.

I tried to go to xbox.com with PC and signed in, went to my subscriptions and tried to pay the bill. All it says is says error, cannot display my subscriptions, try again later" .

What is says is litreally this: "Something happened in our servers, and we cannot show all the information right now. It might or might not help if you wait a bit and try again. " I have waited for two weeks now.

I've been using Chrome, IE, Edge, mobile phone. Nothing works.

And I can still play online, how can I play online if I dont have gold when Im in store? Like wtf???? Hope I can keep playing online at least.

This has been on for WEEKS. NOTHING will help, Microsoft has NO phone number for technical support which is absolutely ridiculous. Only this discussion board, how is this even possible that compay as big as microsfot has absolutely no support for their products.
I want it Fixed NOW, not wait for weeks and post on boards. This is simple thing, it should NOT be customers my job to fix this if its server side issue. There is not even Live chat. And nothing is in my language. Nothing works, and theres nothing I can do
about it it seems. I just have to lvie with the glitch for real? Idiotic and unbelievable. I want to PAY but there is absolutely no way to give them money and no support is available.

It says in english: "Payment is late, when you do your payment the Xbox live gold service is available for you again".

Would be nice if it would be actually possible to pay it. I dont even know how it can be "late". But all I would like to do is get it working or pay it or what ever. But there is no way I can pay, do I really have to make an new account to fix this and if I
do, how do I move my digital games from current account to the new account?
