    can't pay for the game via debit card signed to my account. visa card working –04/19, games end subscriptions bought, the money on tha card. when paying writes that the card is not working offers to go to the bank. the bank said
    everything is okey. in the lower left corner is written «PI–BannedPaymentsInstrument 2018/01/01–17:09:08 UTC». tell me what's the reason for what is happening. subscription GOLD i have until april 2018. help to buy the game. (console xbox one) thank

    You can't pay an outstanding balance with a pre paid card.

    You need to contact support again & pay the outstanding balance with a credit/debit card.

    Xbox gift card code wont let me use to pay for Xbox live.

    You can't pay for xbox live with your account money.

    You need an actual 1month,3 month,12 month subscription card or pay via credit/debit card.

    No,you can't.

    You would need a xbox live subscription card for 1,3 or 12 months or you can pay by credit/debit card or paypal.

    Currency cards can't be used to pay for a xbox live gold subscription.

    No you can't use 2 Credit or Debit Cards you can only do a Split Payment if you have some money on your account for example the game is £20 you have £15 on your xbox account you can then pay for the rest via a Debit or Credit Card.
