Can't pay for subscribtion

I can't pay for subscriptions (XBOX GOLD and ЕА Access), which are tied to the old inactive debit card. I can not change the card, I can't make a cancellation of the subscription, FAQ on the site doesn't help to solve the problem too. What do I need to
do to play my favorite games again?)

If you have an outstanding balance owing you have to pay that off first. The link to do that is here

If that fails then you may want to request a call back. You can request a free call-back by signing on at
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering
a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the tools necessary to assist with billing issues; however, you may request a call back from Xbox Support as recommended by our Ambassadors. Sorry to hear that
so far you've had some trouble doing so but they should be able to sort you out.

When you go to Contact Usto get it to request a callback.

follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Billing & Accounts
Step 2 ----select see other options
Step 3-----select Cancel My Subscription
Step 4 ---- select Show contact options
Step 5 ----select request a call from support

If you do not see the option to request a call back, then change the topic until it is an option.
Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
