    Can’t pay for overdue subscription


    I had been paying for Xbox games pass on a debit card that has now expired, after updating my account with the new card details I cannot find a way to pay for the overdue subscription. When I try to do this through the “services and subscriptions” page on
    the Microsoft website the page fails to load and just says to try again later, all other page should of the website work and I have tried on various WiFi connections. This has been an issue for a few weeks now

    Any help is appreciated, thanks

    Overdue balance problem

    Ok so I noticed I had an overdue subscription payment to make so I was like ok I’ll go pay it of and it won’t let me because the subscription is overdue?! If you don’t get what I mean we’ll I can’t buy anything because it’s overdue even the subscription
    so I’m like what? Please Help.

    If you have an overdue payment, your system can be put on hold until it is cleared.

    You have to use a credit/debit card or paypal to pay a overdue balance.
