    So I'm an Xbox Live user,and I've been using my credit card for the past year to buy games and subscriptions with no problem.

    The thing is, I've been using the USA store (for it's many benefits and prices),and it worked out pretty well all this time.

    But I don't live in USA,I live in Paraguay a country not supported by Xbox.

    The main problem is this one: I bought for 1$ a 1 month Xbox Live Gold membership (that it's was suposed to charge me 9.99$ in the next month) so I tried to buy another 1 month membership,and then I saw the past due and account suspended warning.

    I'm past due with 19.98$,I had no problem with that so I tried to pay using the same credit card,but It wouldn't let me.

    It kept showing the same warning :"Something went wrong or Try using a different payment method" ,my credit card is alright I already checked with my bank that everything is normal,I've even bought something using my credit card today.

    I just want to pay this past due,I tried to use the same billing address as always but now it doesn't work (I use a California billing address,I don't live in the USA of course).I would have used a Paraguayan address but the only option is to use the USA
    one,because it's says "Only purchases on the United States"

    So, I've been speaking with support today on two separate occasions. Oddly enough, I have a past-due subscription for Xbox Live on my account. I had no idea until I tried using a 3 month code today which got declined. I thought I canceled it but I guess
    I didn't, so now I'm stuck with a 19.98 charge past-due, which I understand.

    I do not have a debit card or credit card so I solely have to rely on using pre-paid cards. I've never had a problem buying an Xbox Live sub with one at all. Anyway, I went out and bought one for 25$, came home, entered it in to pay balance, and it says
    I can't pay it with that card. It's registered and I actually just used it for a 1$ purchase online to see if it worked and everything was okay, and it did.

    However, it keeps being declined here, even if I add it to my PayPal and try paying with that, it simply won't take it and I am unable to pay my past-due balance for this reason. I still have 24$ left on the card so I don't know what the issue is here.

    First I thought it may be because it's a pre-paid visa, but I never had problems buying an Xbox Live sub with one before, or else I wouldn't be 19.98 past due. (Which I am still confused on how that happened considering the pre-paid visa I used then had
    no money on it, but whatever, my fault for not canceling it)

    Is there anything I can do here? Support has no idea, and I have no idea. Like I said, the card works as I just used it on Humble Bundle not too long ago. Can I buy Microsoft Balance and use that to pay the past due? I have no idea what else I can do here
    and I'd really like to pay this off so I can continue and hopefully play the new Halo 5 update that comes out today. I hate to think I just blew 50 dollars for no reason.

    In my own personal experiences I've noticed that not all pre-paid cards will work with Xbox Live. Sometimes you need to call the company who issues the card to pre-authorize a payment before it can be done on Xbox Live. Each card is different, so it's best
    to contact the bank who issues the card for more information and insight on it.

    onyx62is is correct however, we're not able to assist with billing issues on the forums aside from basic troubleshooting. For the best information, you'll want to contact the chat/phone teams for assistance.
