Can't pair my xbox one controller

Hi. I just got an xbox one controller and i want to use it on my Windows 10 PC. This controller is the latest model, with the built in wireless stuff (not requiring the additional receiver).

When i try to add a new device and click on "everything else" the controller doesn't show up in the list. However, it does appear if i add it as a regular bluetooth device. I have to note that it does work if i add it that way...

But, for some reason, every time i restart my PC i have to do the whole process again (the controller doesn't connect to my PC, so i have to go to bluetooth devices, eliminate the paired controller and add it again). Now, i don't know if that's how it should
work, but i really don't think so.

What can i do to make this process a bit more... automatic. At this rate, i'd rather use it wired than wireless :S
