    Can't order repair of my system


    so my problem is a little odd, I have a pretty old Xbox 360 system that's been pretty reliable so far. The warranty has run out long ago (2009!) the machine got a problem with 3 blinking lights around the powerbutton and a green light on the powersuppy.
    according to your FAQ, I should be able to order a repair of my machine that I can pay for. However. I've been trying to actually order this repair for over a month now. Every time I get to the point of the repair formula where I have to fill out the issue
    I get the following message: Something went wrong, come back later. My machine broke in August, I miss it. I'm sorry to say it but I'm growing a little impatient, how much later am I supposed to come back?

    xbox doesn't read any discs,error code 03-57-00

    The Laser for the Disc Drive has gone in the system.
    Order a repair for the system     or replace it with a X360S.

    If it's one of the old "fat" models, Microsoft no longer supports them and will not repair them.
