Can't order device service - getting error

Good day!

I am in the need to get warranty support for my Xbox controller. I have it registered through Devices, however when I try to create a service request - it throws an error each time on the last step. Tried incognito mode and waiting for half-day - same result. Is this service even working?

My most recent TraceId = pvr1/9SE0E2bnSeS.3.281 .

Would appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

What is the error you're getting when trying to submit the order request? Please include the message and/or error code.

If you're not already please make sure you're trying to set up the order on either Chrome or Edge.

I am trying one more time in Edge just now. Here is screenshot.

Yes. I did it. And also tried in Private\Incognito window.
But still I have same problem\error. In dev tools have error "400 Bad Request".
