    Can't open Xbox with (0x409) 0x80131501


    When I open Xbox App on Windows, it notice that I can't login in and try again later. I won't reinstall win10 . So I had tried all ways which I can found in Internet. Then I can sure that this is not network problems. What's the
    matter?

    I can't login with my account in the xbox app

    Every time I open XBOX, 0x409 error appears, I can log into Windows Store normally. I bought Forza Horizon 3 and because this problem I can't play.

    Hi,

    The error message that you receive when trying to sign in to the Xbox App may occur if the Xbox Live Services are disabled on your computer. It is also possible that there is an issue with your profile. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you perform
    the following solutions on your computer:

    Solution 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link.

    Solution 2. Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

    Solution 3. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox App to update it.

    1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  
    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  
    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  
    4. Hit Enter.  
    5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.  

    Solution 4. Make sure that the Xbox Live Services are enabled.

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type Services in the search box.
    2. Once the Services window opens, scroll down and look for Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save,
      and Xbox Live Networking Service.
    3. You have to repeat the steps on each service. Right-click on each service and click Properties.
    4. Make sure that the Startup type is set to Automatic.
    5. If the Service status is stopped, click on Start.
    6. Click OK to save the settings.

    If the issue persists, sign in to the Xbox App using a different profile to test if there is an issue with the account itself.

    Yeah I have the same problem .So everytime i open Xbox on Pc. It's said that i can't log in right now . and then give me the error code: (0x409) 0x80080300 . there is an app called Xbox indentity provider. It's said i need to upgrade. and i can'r upgrade

    Hey, thanks for responding! Unfortunately, this also did not work for me :( The Xbox app now rapidly opens and closes the login screen when I attempt to log in, and the console companion app is giving me error code (0x409) 0x80131509.
