Cant open Xbox store

    When i try to open the Xbox Store on Xbox one i get the error code 0x80270254 please help

    Hi Rooks, i have tried all your steps, still no luck for me, i cant open the store and my i cant sign in on my xbox/microsoft account on any app or in the settings tab

    Cant install horizon 3 from store, It shows as if I didnt buy

    I redeemed a code for hozion 3 on Store but i cant install on my pc. When I open on Store it shows as if I didnt buy the game. On the Xbox I had no issues

    Cant open Xbox store

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If that fails, try Signing out of your profile and then signing in again.

    Also check if you can access the store via xbox.com

    Let us know the results

    I am getting the same error.

    I have auto-updates turned off on my Xbox, and I check it periodically for games that need updating. Well, today it tells me the Xbox Store needs an update. So I download it, only takes a few seconds, and now I can't access the store at all. I get an error
    that says: "Check for an update or uninstall the app. The version you have is now out of date.
    (0x800700d8)"


    I restarted my Xbox. I signed out of my profile and re-signed in. I did a "power cycle" and held down the power button for 10 seconds, I also unplugged my power cord from the wall and plugged it back in, and it still gives me the same error code. Very annoying.

    Microsoft, please fix your store.
