    Can't open Xbox profile page on MS Bingo


    Keep getting message that I need a new app to open the profile page. I go to the Store, can't find an app - frustrating to the max. Can't friend anyone, access messages or activities - not a dang thing is available.

    Purchasing Avatars in XBox ms stoe

    Just purchased an avatar in xbox store under garage section "Club Bike". Purchase went through and I thought it would download into my profile page in MS Bingo, my original avatar is still there and working but my new addition has not. I don't have a game
    console, I play MS Bingo and other games through XBox Live I guess thats what it's called, so will my avatar addition download into my profile page?

    I'm not sure why you can't download MS Bingo? Are you getting an error? It's still listed in the Windows 10 Store: Microsoft Bingo What I'd recommend doing, on your Windows
    10 device, is going to All Settings > Apps, and then find MS Bingo in the list. From there click it, and click "Advanced options" On that page, scroll down a bit and select "Reset". That should reset the app, without having to uninstall/reinstall if you're
    having problems there. That can also clear up a number of errors or issues you might be experiencing in the app.

    I'd also recommend you check out the Microsoft Casual Games website. There is a community there you can post your questions to and get some more tips and reach out to those at MS who
    might be able to assist further.

    so as me!! I heard about that a kid attcak ms by using DDos... so lots of us can not login.... and also the xbox live support page can't open on my browser... let's hope and wait it fix soon....

    MS Bingo fairly consistently lists an error. With a satellite, in certain weather, that makes sense.Today is clear & warm What gives?
