    Can't open XBOX live / FIFA


    Hi

    I keep getting the ""Your Gamer Profile Does Not Have The Correct Permissions To Access Xbox Live Functionality" error message when trying to play FIFA live.

    I did every procedure I could find on google. including hard reset, change to adult, allow every feature to everyone, reset to factory setting, and so on.

    The error is still there. my subscription is ended in 10 days, although I never been able to login. I will cancel it of course, if I won't get a resolution in the next 3 days.

    BTW- The chat also didn't work. asking for my name although the field is grayed out.

    Any way I can get a response here? thanks.

    Can't open XBOX live / FIFA

    If this is the account you're trying to use, you don't show as having a gold subscription. You need gold in order to play online.

    fifa hack. If your prepared not to be on live for over a month then phone support and open an investigation. If I had my choice again I would just lose my 2000 points and learn a harsh lesson about XBOX.
