Can’t open Xbox Insider app on Xbox

Discus and support Can’t open Xbox Insider app on Xbox in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I just updated the Insider app but every time I open it, it closes and gives an error that something went wrong.     Can’t open Xbox Insider app on Xbox


    I just updated the Insider app but every time I open it, it closes and gives an error that something went wrong. Anyone else have this issue?

    You download the Xbox Insider app on your Xbox One then you open the app and look for a enrollment option for The Insider and the Xbox Update Preview.

    If you've previously owned either the Xbox Preview Dashboard or the Xbox Insider Hub apps, just reinstall the Xbox Insider Hub from the
    Ready to Install list in My games & apps. If you can’t find it there, look for it in the Store.

    Xbox Insider Program Avatar Quest

    It happened when I opened the Xbox Insider app on September 5. The quest was there but the Avatar app wasn't. I looked in both the Insider content and on the Xbox store and wasn't able to find it. I found the old Avatar app though on the store.

    How do you get in MCC Insider

    In addition to what Echo4Ent has said.

    As far as I know the MCC Insider is now open for all how signed up and are a member of the Xbox Insider Program on Xbox One.

    You will need to download the Xbox Insider app on the Xbox One and check if you can sign up for it via the app too.
