Can't open Xbox Game Bar despite seeing the process in task manager.

Yup, I'd already found the linked article and tried all the steps but no luck. Like I said, it seems like game bar is actually running, and I even see some notifications, but I can't actually ever see the game bar.

Editing this to add: Today the Game Bar started working again. I didn't change anything or try any further steps, it just decided to work again. So, anyone else having issues with the game bar, just give it time I guess?

Open the task manager (right click on the task bar then choose task manager) and see if the game is running, if not, you may have to reinstall your Xbox app

I understand. Game Bar does not even open? It shows you any error message or not?

Also, when you click on it to open, does it show on Task Manager? Please go to start > search and click on task manager. Then try to open Game Bar and see if it appears on the task manager, please.

Have you checked if there is an Update on the Microsoft Store for the game bar?

Also you could try restarting the Xbox Game Bar App. Please try the following steps,

• Right Click on the Task bar
• Task Manager
• Find Xbox Game Bar
• Right Click and End Task,
• Open up the Start Menu
• Find and Open Xbox Game Bar near the bottom
