    Good morning,

    I've installed roblox and have attempted to open the levels or games but they will not open. I got a message saying that I need to change my privacy/security settings on xbox one and I've attempted to do that but they still will not open. Can anyone please
    tell me what privacy security setting I need to play this game. Thanks so much.

    Are you not able to see a pop-up that says "open in roblox" or "this website wants to open this link in a third party app"?

    Also, where did you downloaded the roblox app?
    Via Microsoft store or using the .exe installer available on roblox website?
