Can't open purchase menu in, in game stores

There another problem,i can't open The xbox store or my subscription menu.

I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

Solution 1. Power cycle your console

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Solution 2. Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now?

If yes, can you unplug it and check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

Solution 3. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

To purchase a game, your xbox should come with the microsoft store application. Open the application and this will open a menu with a wide assortment of games. There is a search menu where you can search for a game you would like. If you find a game you like, click purchase and complete the payment process. After it is complete, the game will be owned and you can then press “Install”. After the game is finished downloading (Press the Xbox button on your controller) You can then play the game! Enjoy!
