Can’t open my game.

The game does not show up on the account history page. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the console is no longer reading the disc.

Would you please confirm that the order for Forza Horizon 4 is showing as completed on your Microsoft account order history page?

After you find the correct account that purchased Forza Horizon, please remove and add the account to the console performing a power reset in-between:

Remove Account:
1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove. ​​​
4. Close. ​​​

Power Reset:
1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.
2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.
​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Add Account:
1. Press the Xbox button.
2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.
3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.
4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.
5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

So this is a disc game, not a digital purchase? The disc is not being read when you try to install it or when trying to play it?

If the disc is defective, then that's probably the issue here as the console needs to read the disc to prove the game ownership.

if you had installed the games from game pass you must delete them !

Before you install them from disc it's recommended to do that hard reset !

If that doesn't work you need a full factory reset with deleting the installed games.

Your settings and your game saves are saved in the cloud.
