Can’t open MSFS

    When start MSFS goes to opening page -> press any key ->. But then the goes to ‘Play game’ and wants name to play live xbox . Never get past this page. Any help appreciated.

    Thank you for your reply

    My controller is an Amazon Luna and it works fine with MSFS on my Samsung Smart TV and with all other games on my PC

    But MSFS crashes if I open with the controller already paired with my pc or if I connect after opening the simulator

    It is almost impossible to control within MSFS with a keyboard

    MY Luna is running with the latest updates

    Any suggestions?

    You can fix this problem yourself, please do the following, Type CMD in the start search bar
    right click on the command prompt program and select run as administrator
    run this command

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    When finished, do this now
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Then use this command
    sfc /scannow

    In my case it wouldn’t work. I use Shadow PC for MSFS. So if I inplug my ethernetcable or turn off WiFi I can’t connect to Shadow pc. I think I just have to wait for another solution.
