    Can't open Minecraft


    Hey, I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong here. I tried to open my Minecraft Bedrock Edition (I have both Java and Bedrock). And it would give me a second or two of the mojang loading screen only to then close and give me the following error message:

    "Minecraft is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    I figured that it must be something other people have experienced. So I googled it and it said to open the "Run" program and type in "WSReset". So I did that, it opened the microsoft store, and I tried again. It didn't work.

    Are there other methods I can do to try and fix this? Please help!

    I understand that you are having problems opening Minecraft Bedrock, here are some possible solutions that you could try:

    Check the Xbox network status: Check the Xbox status page. If there are any services with alerts, wait until the service is back up and running.

    Make sure you're signed in to the Xbox Network.

    Have the owner sign in to the Xbox network: If someone else installed the game digitally (without disc), that person must be the one to sign in to the Xbox network.

    Insert the game disc: If you are playing a game that requires a disc, insert the disc into the Xbox console.

    Check the status of your subscription: Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then select Profile & System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to check.

    Reinstall Minecraft Launcher: A good solution for this error code is to simply reinstall Minecraft Launcher.

    Given that you used to play on macOS, you were playing Minecraft Java. Make sure that on Windows 11 you have downloaded the Minecraft Launcher for Minecraft Java, and that you signed in to the same account you were using previously. You can download it from this page: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download

    If you have signed in to the correct account, but you are getting that error, it is recommended to contact the Minecraft Support to check if them if there was an error with the license checking on your account: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Can't open Minecraft Java edition?

    Hi TheaVS1, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.
