    i can't open my messages or send them,

    I pre -order halo wars 2 ultimate edition,

    now they send a code or messages in my xbox one account, but I can't open a message to get my code halo wars definitive edition.

    pls help.

    Can't open.

    I can not open Sudoku since about March and now the Solitaire Collection won't open either. Goes to the blue screen then white and then cancels completely. Solution?

    Are you seeing any error messages or anything like that when you try to open the message? Have you tried to open the messages on Xbox.com to see if that helped?
