Cant open game on store

Hi I bought shadow of the tomb raider a while back and have gone to install again but it is not showing up on my bought games and whenever I open it up on the store it just goes to a black screen. I am kind of annoyed now as I have paid a fair amount of
money for this game

Go to your order history and find the order number, and order details. You should be able to click on the game and it will link you to the Store page and you can try to download to your device there. If you still can't get your game to download or show as
you own this, then contact Xbox Support and select billing in the Contact us section and click through the options until you get the Chat or Call Back option. They can help you figure out what is wrong with the purchase.
