Can't open dematerialized game

Hi! I'm french gamer and i've got paid in the Microsoft Store GTA V, i've download the game (since 6 days with the wifi and my 4G , i've lost 20G of my 30G) and when i want to launch the game i can see the first image of principal character and
after a little black screen , i come back to the home. I tried to clear the cache and reset by keeping my game data but i don't want to unistall and restart the long download. Can you help me please ?

I bought Résident Evil 4 on xbox 360 in dematerialized at the timee.

For why i can't play it on my xbox one x ?

Try to delete your account ( the one who purchased GTA V) on the console then add it back, here is the how to > Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

I understand your reluctance to delete then reinstall the game but it may come to that. Here are a couple of things to try first though.

1. If the game is installed on an external hard drive then try moving it to the internal (or vice versa if need be).

2. If that didn't work or you're unable to do it then try a factory reset of the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to worry about reinstalling at this point.

i test with de hard drive but i've the same problem.
