Can't open any store games (this game is not available for you, check account)

I was playing Asphalt 8 and decided to restart the game to change a graphic option, however, once I restarted the game it says "verify this is your account" "asphalt 8 is not available in this moment", I have checked it already, relogged, restarted the PC
and I keep getting the same everytime I launch the game.

What can be causing this problem?

Error code 0x803F8001

I played Microsoft Jigsaw in the past 24 hours without issues. I tried tonight and it wouldn't open so I reinstalled. Now I get a message that says, "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here's the error code
in case you need it. 0x803F8001." It does show in my account so what's up? Now I am getting the same error code on Microsoft Mahjong. It keeps saying "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw/Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available to you. Go to the
store." I have paid for the premium and can't access the games. it has been 3 days since I could do the Microsoft Jigsaw and now a day for Microsoft Mahjong. Please help with this issue.

Are you logged with your Microsoft account into the game or just a local windows account? Can you try with Microsoft account?

If you open Microsoft store, are there any updates available for this game? If yes, update the game. Also, would be a good idea to check for Windows update on your PC and update.

You may try to check if there is any available update of Xbox and Gaming services apps. To check this, follow the steps:

-Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.

-Select Library.

-Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

Also make sure to sign in with the same account on Microsoft Store and Xbox app.

no there are alot of users currently with the same issue. i would keep checking the store for updates. you can do this by opening the store, clicking the 3 dots in the upper right corner and selecting downloads and updates. if any are available for the games they will appear in there
