Can't open any apps or settings on XBOX One Console

This is usually resolved by performing a reset on your Xbox Console. To do this with the console powered on, hold the power button for about 10 seconds. The Xbox will shut off very quickly. After that power the Xbox back on. Expect this boot up to take a
bit longer than normal.

Sadly none of these could work, one of the solutions need me to open apps and features settings but I can't even open settings

• Open the Xbox app on your tablet

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Is the phone an iPhone or Android device? There are some requirements that must be met before the phone can be connected with the console. The console and device must be connected to the same network, and the Xbox
app connectivity preferences on the Xbox One must allow connections from any device.

Normally, you will see the console's name appear on a list once you choose to connect your android device to your Xbox One. After selecting your console from the list, the Xbox One will connect with the device.

How to make sure your console is on the same network as the device:

• Start up the console and get to the home screen
• Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide
• Go to Settings
• Select Network
• Select Network Settings
• Open the network settings on your device

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the

Xbox app not finding the Xbox One. I recommend to try adding the device with IP address associated.

• Pressing the Xbox button to open the guide, going to
  System > Settings > Network > Network settings, and then selecting Advanced settings.
• Open the Xbox app on your PC. In the navigation pane, select Connection, enter the Xbox One IP address into the
  Xbox One not listed? Enter your console’s IP address box, and then select
  Connect.

Open the Xbox app, on the navigation panel, select Connection, enter the Xbox One IP address into the
Xbox One not listed? Enter your console’s IP address box, and then select
Connect.

If the issue persists, try:

• Check that your Xbox One console allows Xbox app connections. You’ll find this on the console by pressing the
  Xbox button to open the guide, going to System > Settings, selecting
  Preferences > Xbox app connectivity, and then selecting Allow connections from any device.
