Can't open all my games on xbox app on my pc !!!!!!!

I have already tried all of these options and still nothing seems to work.

B. Search “Services” by using the Windows search functionality and look for the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

For each service: Right-click on the service > Properties.
In Startup Type, set the service to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start > Apply > OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.

Note: In case GamingServices can't be modified, skip that one.

C. Right-click on the Windows button and select PowerShell (run as an administrator).

Then, run the following command: (You may want to copy and paste the entire command)

UPDATE: managed to get my XB1 to read as open (gateway static IP + DMZ) but the Xbox app on my pc still says moderate. I have setup a static IP in my gateway and opened all ports from (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live)
but still can't get it to change.

Ok, installed xbox beta. Castle Siege still won't work with beta either.

More info on existing problem:

Other Xbox games still work fine on my PC. Notice that these games open in there own smaller window, while AOE Castle Siege tries to open in fullscreen mode. Not sure if I am using the correct terms.

Icon black in my PC's toolbar and in Xbox "My Games."

Can't uninstall app either.

So I have already tried to restart my pc but it still did not work I signed out my pc still did not work because I can't even sign in to the Xbox app because the tab to sign in does not show up it opens then closes the tab instantly so I cant do that and I have done the open Xbox app through the Microsoft app and it still does not work.
