I'm sorry to hear that. To be honest with you, looks like the system is detecting that you own a child account as you won't be able to see the page if it's considered as child.

If it's not considered as adult, you really need to add your account to a family account so you can change the settings. Here's how to add your account under a family account.

Hi Rooks, i have tried all your steps, still no luck for me, i cant open the store and my i cant sign in on my xbox/microsoft account on any app or in the settings tab

At another device like xiaomi mi a2 only with LTE I needed set custom port witch is 49208, at default setting 3074 phone cant even connect with consol. Was "we found your console but cant connect now" . router had open port 3074 even this cant connect mi a2 also this new poco m3 pro 5g cant connect when port is set at default 3074. Maybe someone had same issue and some port most be opened ? Every single Electricdrum are open and still have graphics artefacts.

Hmmm that's poor advice in my opinion, firmware can fix all sorts of issues. It is an old router but you should still be able to update the firmware.

Have you tried using a DMZ instead? Similar router with similar menus:
