    Can't open a support case


    My xbox live gold membership isn't showing up when I sign into my xbox so I'm attempting to open up a chat case to resolve the issue. When I try to open the case the new case window shows the email address of my MS account but the first and last name fields
    are grayed out and blank. I can type in my issue but can't submit because the name fields are blank. My MS account does have this info. I can't figure out how to open a case to get any of these issue resolved because I can't open a case! Any ideas?

    Unfortunately I'm not sure why they sent you here. Refunds are not done via the forums. Only phone/chat support have the ability to issue refunds.

    Try clearing the history and cache on your internet browser. Then log out and log back in. Let us know. Good Luck!
