Can't Navigate on Xbox (post update)

Hello, After the update my console started to move around on its own. This happens when I am typing, playing games, etc. But it has progressively gotten worse and now I can not even do anything because it does what it wants. Keep in mind this is after
the Preview Update. This is major issue and it needs to be fixed.

as well as using the report feature on your console.

You can check in those forums to see if anyone else if having the same issue & you'll quite often find a solution there as well.

Make sure you report by holding down the xbox button in the middle of the controller and go to report a problem, it should maybe screen shot the problem. I'm having the issue where none of my notifications go away.

That link takes me to a page that says that there is no group found.

 

You will need to wait for the Xbox support team to check and give you access to the forum. Unfortunately I don't think the support team work at weekends.
