Can't Navigate on Xbox (post Preview Program update)

Hello, After the update my console started to move around on its own. This happens when I am typing, playing games, etc. But it has progressively gotten worse and now I can not even do anything because it does what it wants. Keep in mind this is after
the Preview Update. This is major issue and it needs to be fixed.

Got an invite to the Xbox one preview but never got a token?

I was told by XBox Support to make a post in the private Xbox One Preview Program forum but I can't find it.. It's on the FAQ page for the Preview Program.

"Where can I go to get support if my token is invalid or if I’ve lost my token?

If your token is invalid, or if you’ve deleted the Xbox Live service message, please make a post in the private Xbox One preview forum."

The only time I have seen a 360 error on the One is when it had to do with a preview update, which is why I assumed they are in the preview program. If you are in the preview program and can't access the preview forums, you'll want to create a new post asking
for access

Make sure you report by holding down the xbox button in the middle of the controller and go to report a problem, it should maybe screen shot the problem. I'm having the issue where none of my notifications go away.

In future it's best to post any issues if you a preview member in the preview forums here

forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

as well as using the report feature on your console.

You can check in those forums to see if anyone else if having the same issue & you'll quite often find a solution there as well.

Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.
