    Can't Move Past Gamertag Selection When Creating Xbox Profile


    Hey! I'm trying to set up an Xbox profile, but I'm stuck at the part where you choose a gamertag.

    Even when I pick one of the suggested temporary gamertags, nothing happens when I click "Next"—it just doesn’t move forward.

    Has anyone else run into this?

    Any idea how to fix it?
