Can't move in menu at all

Hey community, it just happened, that i am not able to choose anything in my son his one s menu. Seems as if a button is pushed down the whole time. It rapidly is twitching and he is not able to play anything or go into menus. I restarted plenty times, held
console button for a period of time, unplugged for hours, tried all 4 controller but nothing works.

I found videos about the same issue and it seems that other people had or have same experience but can not find a fix.

Has someone a fix for this problem?

This one was his xmas present last year. Something like that should not happen. Do i have to send it in?

It does auto uodates. Where would i find the information if i am involved with beta updates?

Try joining xbox beta updates if you can or take it to an authorised repair shop

See whats in this have not teied it appears they removed it there are alot of unofficial turtorials for this outside microsoft but cannot gaurentee the saftey of the xbox

Press and hold the BIND and EJECT buttons, and then press the Xbox button. Hold the BIND and EJECT button for about 15 seconds.
When you hear two power-up tones, you can release the BIND and EJECT buttons.
When the console is power on, you can check whether it can access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Here, if the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter is available, you can follow the steps mentioned in Situation 2 to offline update Xbox One.
