    Hello Genovezos,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I do believe the gold subscription is the issue based on my past experiences. Since no one on the forums can manage your account, I recommend
    contacting Xbox support to go over that final option again.

    Im sure you have gone over this already on the phones but just in case, here is a link with info on region migration:

    Can't migrate account

    Hello. I recenlty moved to Germany. I lived in Greece and had a Greek acount. I had succesfully changed my region 5 years ago , I had an Irish account since 2006. I changed it to Greek with no problems. Now I tried to change it to German but could not
    do it. I kept getting the error 'there was an error in the process'. I tried to solved with microsoft support live chat for almost 2 hours to no avail. Switched both my email region and my microsoft account to german. Changed billing address deleted my greek
    credit card. Still could not do it. Microsoft support proposed as a final solution to cancel my gold subscription as it was 'greek' he claimed. But when I migrated to greek account i had an active irish gold subscription and had no problem. Has anyone else
    have this problem? could the xbox gold subscription be the problem?

    two things first you have to meet the condition a of migration

    First the region you migrating to must be an Xbox LIVE region

    What region are you trying to move to

    2nd call support to see if there is conditions that prevent you from migrating like billing issues or non Adult account etc

  5. I moved from Singapore to Canada. I already tried asking them what's preventing my migration and they don't have a clue why as I've tried everything they asked me to do.

    As ngocphi mentioned, there are a few conditions that could restrict you from being able to migrate your account. From the guide

    "Conditions that can prevent you from changing your country/region
    If you’re prevented from changing the country/region for your Xbox, it may be for one of the reasons below:

    • You changed country/regions within the last three months.
    • Your account is currently suspended (for example, the credit card on one of your subscriptions has expired).
    • You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region and will not be a minor in the region you’re moving to.
    • You are not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region but will be considered a minor in the country/region you’re moving to.
    • You have a balance due on your Xbox subscription."
    To clarify, do any of these reasons sound like they could be affecting you? The one that's most common is you've recently changed the region within the last 3 months.

    How do I change my minecraft account and username data to a different microsoft account?

    Hi Uso. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    Once a Minecraft account is migrated to a Microsoft account, it is permanently associated with that account. Unfortunately, you can't change this after migrating.

    To clarify, you are having issues accessing Minecraft on the account you migrated it to?
