Can't migrate my account.

I have a problem with my account migration. Was chating with supports for like 6 hours. After that one of them said to me that I need to wait 3 months cause I have already migrated, but my account was always in Lithuania, never migrated, now it is also Lithuania,
like all the time. So why I still need to wait 3 months since I have never migrated my account?

two things first you have to meet the condition a of migration

First the region you migrating to must be an Xbox LIVE region

What region are you trying to move to

2nd call support to see if there is conditions that prevent you from migrating like billing issues or non Adult account etc

This has been an on-going issue. Already talked to multiple chat supports and they got no clue how to solve. I've already waited the required 3 months to change but didn't work.

Sorry to hear it. Can you please check the link below to see if any of the reasons that would prevent you from switching would apply to you?

Which country do you live in? Which country are you trying to switch to? How old are you currently?

Hey there topert,

As ngocphi mentioned, there are a few conditions that could restrict you from being able to migrate your account. From the guide

HERE

"Conditions that can prevent you from changing your country/region
If you’re prevented from changing the country/region for your Xbox, it may be for one of the reasons below:

You changed country/regions within the last three months.
Your account is currently suspended (for example, the credit card on one of your subscriptions has expired).
You are a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region and will not be a minor in the region you’re moving to.
You are not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region but will be considered a minor in the country/region you’re moving to.
You have a balance due on your Xbox subscription."

To clarify, do any of these reasons sound like they could be affecting you? The one that's most common is you've recently changed the region within the last 3 months.

I moved from Singapore to Canada. I already tried asking them what's preventing my migration and they don't have a clue why as I've tried everything they asked me to do.

Once a Minecraft account is migrated to a Microsoft account, it is permanently associated with that account. Unfortunately, you can't change this after migrating.

To clarify, you are having issues accessing Minecraft on the account you migrated it to?

so there is no way I can't access my migrated minecraft account (I don't remember the email that was created when the account was migrated, only the original email used for the creation of the minecraft account)?
