Can't migrate my account from Singapore to US

I've tried to migrate my account region from Singapore to US for some time and it always fail with the following message showing up: "There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the
Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later."

As far as I know, none of the the criteria that prevents me from migrating my account region applies. My account is not suspended, I'm not part of an Xbox Entertainment for All plan, and I'm not a minor.

two things first you have to meet the condition a of migration

First the region you migrating to must be an Xbox LIVE region

What region are you trying to move to

2nd call support to see if there is conditions that prevent you from migrating like billing issues or non Adult account etc

This has been an on-going issue. Already talked to multiple chat supports and they got no clue how to solve. I've already waited the required 3 months to change but didn't work.

 

Do you actually live in the U.S.?

 

That's probably the reason then.

Your billing,account & actual location must all be the same.

 

it's never been a problem before. I've changed regions before I actually moved.

 

Sometimes you can,sometimes you can't.It's always best to wait until you are actually in the country before migrating your account.

The only other reason I can think off is if you have changed it within the last 3 months.
