Can't message or talk in parties

recently I have been banned for 2 weeks but now it has been 3 days since it's been over, but I still have the consequences of being banned by not being able to message or speak in parties. I can now play online games and when I join the part it says something
about my privacy being prevented but I looked and it's fine and when I message it says I can't because of my past behaviour any suggestions to fix this please

I got banned and I'm unbanned. I can't talk in parties or send messages. I can play games still

I got banned and I've been unbanned for a while. I cant talk in parties or send messages. I can still play games and do everything else. I can join parties and only hear them and I receive messages but can't respond

Suspension over yet still can't message or talk in parties

Hey ,

I can't submit a case review on them as they have ended and I have no active suspensions to set a case review on and the enforcement team no longer is active on their forums so I cannot post there. When I contacted Xbox support they went through some troubleshoot
methods with me and confirmed my suspensions ended last weekend, yet I'm still affected. They suggested my suspension was extended but hadn't been updated on Xbox's site, but I have waited a week now and it's still not over and I have heard of people in My
problem waiting a month and still affected. I also can't go use another profile as they are all affected on this console too. If was perm banned I wouldn't be able to log in. I can't see if it's been extended to the enforcement site

So what I think that has happened is that you have a console ban, not an account ban

but it wasn't supposed to be a console ban right? Otherwise on the other profiles on the console it would say that they have active bans on the enforcement site and none of the other accounts do it says they have a perfect record.

So what am I perm banned or something? Was the console ban a mistake for an account ban? And if so how can this be fixed without me having to try contact enforcement because I cant submit a case review as there's no active bans to submit one for and they
have no number, email and aren't on their forums anymore.

Hey Gamer,

Unfortunately, we can't handle any issues with enforcement actions only at Enofrcement.xbox.com can handle those issues if you're eligible you can submit a case review there to resolve the issue.

if no active suspensions or ban then some steps should be helpful.

1) Power Cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

2) remove your profile, restart, then re-download your profile Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

3) Factory Reset Console https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset--to-factory-defaults

Warning Restoring your console to the factory default settings erases all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. Anything that has not been synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. (Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when it is connected
with the service.)

If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced. Go to Device Support to submit a repair request: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/

If this resolved the issue verify the answer and then mark your support thread answered and if this doesn't answer your thread then please let of know what your attempted and any other details that you might have said in your original post.

That is more than likely a console enforcement action rather than one that targets a specific account. To be sure, you can head over to Enforcement, sign in, click
on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement history of the account you are signed into. I'd recommend doing this for each of the accounts to get an idea of where each one stands.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

An Old Freak

Sounds like a possible console privilege suspension. These can be used to prevent the use of an alternate account trying to bypass an enforcement action.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way
to currently find out if an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

Nothing is working. I can't see if I have banned because I can't see my messages. I fon't think I've been banned because I can join parties and still talk.

Come on. At first I just couldn't talk to friends or join parties. Now I can't send messages and my friends list is empty. My gold is almost useless at this point.
