    I recently got a suspension where I cannot message anyone

    I recently got a suspension on Xbox one where I can’t talk to anyone on parties and can’t message anyone does anyone know how to fix this

    I think my profile got infected. My deleted messages keeps returning.

    So I can’t see any messages I received at at on Xbox or the app, I get notifications but messages not there

    i still haven’t gotten it to work. Messaging works on other accounts on my xbox, but not mine. I can’t message on xbox app either.

    Hello I know you reset the console but have you tried making sure its up to date? Check in the settings and make sure its no update available. I know from time to time the messages have an issue. Its good to know its still available for you through app.
