    Can't message on xbox live because of past behaviour


    I cannot message anyone through my xbox live account. I did not play for a few mths and only came back to play 2-3 weeks ago and have been seeing this problem. I checked my reputation and its in the green so I am not sure what is happening. I am pretty sure
    I did not message and abuse anyone either so not sure what happened.

    Please let me know.

    Could an xbox support member please help me.

    I came online today an I was going to message someone back but it said that because of my past behaviour I cannot do so. I went on the xbox enforcement site and I haven't been banned but I can't play online. I have also not received a message from xbox live
    telling me I was banned.

    Sorry to hear you're having messaging troubles on Xbox Live. Do you run into any issues here on Xbox.com when trying to send a message? If not, try removing your profile from your Xbox One and add it back to see if there's any change.
