can't message on my xone or SmartGlass

I've tried to message on my phone with my SmartGlass and on my Xbox one...neither send the message. it says can not send. then i get prompted to try multiple steps in which i did over and over. what is going on???? im in great standing with my live rating...so
help please..

Gamerscore not being added from XBOX One

Yeah as others have said, this site and your 360 wont show achievements but your overall gamer score will be added. If you look at your achievements on the Xone or Xone smartglass app they show up as normal. I like the way i put Xone here (said as zone)
i may have to start calling it that. Right im of to get in the zone on the Xone, cya!

Are you sure you got smartglass for the xone and not the 360?

I agree, Rip. I hate when my phone notifies me I have a message, only to open Smartglass to find that I can't listen to the message in the app.
