    This Is Stupid

    It has been 3 months and I STILL can't send messages or create or join groups. Fix it Microsoft. I'm thinking of just buying a PS4 :/

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action
    and open a case review with the PET
