Can't matchmake or join parties

Every time i try to join a party or join a game It says my network settings are blocking my chat. Ive gone into my router and opened ports 16000 and 3544 because i watched a video that said to do this. It still wont work and when i check my multiplayer
connection in the settings it says that it cant get teredo ip address. Some body please help Im getting really pissed of because it worked less than a month ago and im tired of not being able to get on my xbox.

The full list of network ports needed for the Xbox One is outlined in
this support article. Ports 3544 and 16000 (UDP/TCP?) are not any of them.

The error you are getting with the Teredo IP address most likely means that "Teredo Tunneling" is not yet enabled in your modem/gateway/router's settings. Go into the IPv6 settings of the device and enable the "Teredo Tunneling" setting. You will need to
web address and login credentials to access those settings, so you'll need to consult your network hardware's documentation, or look it up by the model number.
