    Can't manage account and subscriptions


    I constantly get this message while trying to manage my account subscriptions on xbox.com, I have tried clearing the cache, and using a different browser. Nothing seems to work.

    Here is the specific message:

    Server Error in '/' Application.

    Runtime Error
    Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed
    by browsers running on the local server machine.

    Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors>
    tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

    How to Remove a Xbox live account

    You can't delete an account from the Live servers. You would have to change the email addresses on both accounts -

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id

    Have you tried to clear your browser history ? or tired a different browser?

    I have tried deleting my history and using a new browser, I also deleted the cache and cookies again but it still didn't work.

    You can try and check this link
    http://billing.microsoft.com     and verify if all information is correct.

    If all is correct and you still can't access your account I advise to contact Xbox Support, they should be able to tell the cause and hopefully fix the issue.

    You can't remove a payment option while it's attached to an active gold membership. You would either have to wait for the subscription to end or cancel the subscription in order to remove it.

    Unfortunately, you can't move digital purchases from one account to another.

    request a refund    , and then buy it with your correct account again.
