Can't make xbox live account.

A few hours ago I finally got the MCC and while I was making an Xbox Live account it kept telling me I'm Offline while in the gamertag making section and I obviously wasn't.

I've tried using several other accounts that might work but none actually did.

Some of the error messages I got were

"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." On my laptop and PC

And my phone app said that there's an error on the account of the service Microsoft service.

There is an outage on the Live servers at the moments that affects accounts and profiles.

Hey there Mikar!

You're currently posting from an Xbox Live account. Are you having issues downloading this account to your console or are you having issues creating a new account? And are you using an Xbox One or an Xbox 360?

That being said, I would like to ask why you can't create an account? For example, what's the error message or code you see when trying to create one.

Are you trying to create the account directly from an Xbox console? If so, could I know if you tried creating your account from your PC or mobile browser?

So you can't take a Xbox Live account that you signed up for on the computer and connect it to a profile that doesn't have an Xbox Live account attached to it on your Xbox? That makes no sense.
