Cant make xbox home

You have to make his xbox your home xbox so even when he is signed in he can use your gold, and you can use it at your home. But, you cant play offline on any xbox that isn't your home box

Cant be transferred. You can sign in with your account on his Xbox and purchase the game but then you'll also have to make his Xbox your 'Home' console.

So I do have the CANT make this your home xbox message but what do I do so I recibe the exception

You can only change home console three times in a one year period. This is to discourage game sharing like you mention as that affects sales of games. Only real thing to do is wait out the year, in the mean time you should be able to play your games as long
as you are connected to the Internet.

I don't think this is something Xbox Support can override which seems to be what they told you, perhaps a supervisor could do something but not sure.

You get 5 switches per 12 month period which is more than enough unless you are abusing the system.

The home console feature is meant for households with more than one console,not for sharing with your friends whenever you want which can get you into trouble.
